My interest in reflexology began 16 years ago when my daughter was born. At that time, I had a background in psychology, but it was not enough to address the health issues my child was facing. My daughter was born hyperactive and had trouble sleeping. As a result, I started exploring all available methods to calm her nervous system. That’s how I discovered reflexology, which proved to be very effective. I learned the techniques used in my country, Ukraine. My parents, who are medical doctors, often use various reflexology tools in their daily lives. Six years ago, I decided to pursue a new profession in Naturopathy (alternative medicine) and Reflexology as its practical component.
